A Spring Wedding in the Mountains of Tennessee

Everyone, including the bride and groom, traveled to the mountains of Tennessee for the wedding weekend at RT Lodge.  Everyone stayed onsite, making it the ultimate destination experience over a span of a few days. This Kentucky duo’s big day was designed to feel like a late-winter celebration in the forest, with earthy accents and details that reflected the surroundings – but with a touch of glamour.

Kacie chose a bold red lip color, sparkly jewels, and animal shoes to accessorize her delicate, flowy wedding dress to make an ensemble that was representative of her style.  The design of the day itself was just as customized β€” with cozy lounge areas, bars that appeared to be growing, and botanically-inspired stationery.

And while nature played a large role in the aesthetic of the day, it also had its hand in the flow, thanks to the rain, which meant some changes had to be made. Luckily, a solid rain plan meant the day went off without a hitch, and felt even cozier, with rugs and candle light adding warm touches to the overcast (but still love-filled) day.
